Boiler Breakdown
A persistent fault with the facilities in your home (for example, heating, hot water, ) which has affected their normal operation.
Annual Boiler Service
A yearly visit to check your boiler and central heating are safe and in good working order. If the price of a boiler service is shown as FREE when compared to the equivalent cover without service. The boiler service included is FREE in the first year only, upon renewal the boiler service is chargeable.
Central Heating System
Repairs or assistance to components that are outside of a boiler but within a central heating system in your home.

Unlimited claims as part of your insurance contract

Repair including Parts & Labour
Your one-off repair only includes repairs already agreed with us prior to the engineers visit. Any other unrelated issues will not be covered, and you are required to advise us of these prior to the engineer’s attendance to your property. If you have purchased a policy or a new Boiler with 24|7 Home Rescue then you can can relax knowing that parts and labour will be included subject to terms and conditions.

No fix, No fee
If we can't repair your boiler, and you have made an upfront. We will refund the amount paid in full.

Total per month

The first direct debit payment will be requested within the next 15 days. Your policy contract is for 12 months. We’ll contact you in good time before your agreement renewal date. Your agreement will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel. Automatic renewal ensures that you remain covered.

Upfront Fee

The cost is a one-off payment which will be taken prior to deployment of our Approved Engineer.

Excess

This is the fee you will pay once for each accepted claim. The higher the excess fee you select, the lower the monthly or annual price you pay. If your boiler age is 11 years or over, an excess is required. You will not pay excess for a Boiler Service and Gas Safety Certificate, if this is included in your policy.

Cancellation

Please note once we've started the job then you will no longer be able to cancel it and liable for any cost as a result.

You have 14 days to cancel your one-off repair. This 14-day period is your cooling-off period which will begin from the day your one-off repair is accepted.
